Change background of a web page using javascript and 2 gifs for animation

Ok, I started to learn javascript and I wanted a lot to create a simple script. Its basic and its about changing the background of a web page using javascript and a simple animation with a bulb.
So, what you need? Just 2 gif images and some ideas!

PS: I wont put the code because its very simple and you can see it in the picture!
